'HarborBluff originated from a humble vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our little pizzeria began as a quaint, family-owned business, preserving recipes that have been in the family for generations.
Marco Rossi, the pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her journeys across Italy, where she was taught by renowned pizza makers of Naples—the cradle of pizza. When she came back to the UK, her mission was to conjure the essence of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to age-old practices and selecting only the top-grade ingredients.
Initially a humble pizzeria with just 12 seats, it has now flourished into a cherished neighborhood gem. Still, our dedication to excellence and authenticity remains unaltered. We proudly stick to our wood-burning oven traditions, prepare our dough from scratch everyday, and seek out the best ingredients we can.
'HarborBluff' is still in the hands of our family, now under the leadership of the Rossi's next generation. Despite introducing some contemporary improvements, the essence of our enterprise is unchanged: crafting delectable, bona fide pizza that unites people.
